How Does Leigh Differ From Other Estate Agents?

Where the focus of a high street estate agency or online agent will be on processing a high volume of transactions, I differ in that I only ever work with a few clients at any one time. This means that I am able to provide a dedicated service and deal with every aspect of the sale or let from start to finish.

When you instruct a traditional agency or online you and your property will generally come into contact with multiple staff members throughout the sales process. These can include the lister you meet at the appraisal, the marketing department, the junior neg who carries out the viewings, the Saturday viewings person who will probably know very little about your property, the sales progressor who you’ll never meet and the office manager who you might speak to once or twice.

When you instruct me I will personally deal with every aspect of the transaction and as the person who you met on day one and with whom you have the relationship, I will be best placed to write descriptions, create effective marketing material, present your property in its best possible light on viewings, vet potential purchasers, negotiate offers, process the sale and ultimately work in your best interests.
